Conti 2 200 manual select by Microtecnica Italy

Hello,

Last night I found a Continental 2 200 manual select build by Microtecnica in Torino. The type shield indicates model XJBB 200. The box is build under AMI license by Microtecnica. I can not find a lot on the internet about Microtecnica. Is there someone who can give me more info about this company? Can I compare the market value of these boxes with the real AMI conti's, or is there a value difference? Answers can be given in German. Sorry for the English, but writing in German is a little bit difficult for me. Thanks in advance.
